Surroundings

Steckborn is a picturesque small town on the Untersee, the western part of Lake Constance. Its medieval old town with half-timbered houses, the lakeside promenade and the historic Turmhof invite you to stroll. The Lake Constance cycle path passes right by the house – perfect for excursions to Stein am Rhein, Reichenau Island or Konstanz. In summer, the lake beach and boat trips attract visitors, in autumn the grape harvest, and in winter the cosy tranquillity of a small Swiss town.
