Public Transport

Steckborn enjoys excellent public transport connections. The train station is just 400 metres from the apartment. The Seelinie (Lake Line) connects Steckborn to Kreuzlingen, Constance and Schaffhausen every half hour – one of Switzerland's most scenic railway routes, running right along Lake Constance.

From Kreuzlingen, you can reach Zurich main station in about an hour. Additionally, the Lake & Rhine boat service stops regularly at the pier, just 200 metres away. This makes it easy to explore Stein am Rhein, the island of Reichenau or Constance by boat as well.
